Selecting Bourne, the KentOnline sport's team said: "The ageless Matt Bourne was immense in central defence as Faversham beat his old club Sittingbourne 1-0 in the Swale derby, winning everything that came his way."
They added: "Faversham duo Phil Miles and Danny Chapman are our managers-of-the-week after leading the Lilywhites to victory over neighbours Sittingbourne."
Saturday's win for Town came as Anthony Adesite scored the only goal of the match at Salters Lane in Chapman and Miles' 32nd match in charge - which was also club legend Bourne's 408th appearance for the club.
Also named in the team are ex-Hastings keeper Josh Pelling, now of Sheppey, Dover defender Will de Havilland, Dartford's Ryan Hayes and Gillingham frontman Mikael Ndjoli, on loan from Bournemouth.
Faversham will return to home action when they host VCD Athletic, who won 2-1 at East Grinstead Town at the weekend, tomorrow night.
