For the second season running, the defender scooped trophies for Supporters’ Player of the Season and Players’ Player of the Season in the ceremony at the stadium clubhouse.
And fans' favourite Matt also collected a bottle of champagne from Chairman Paul Bennett to mark his 400th appearance in a Lilywhites shirt.
Ashley Miller picked up the Managers’ Player of the Year Award from bosses Phil Miles and Danny Chapman.
Groundsman Lyndsey Burden was awarded Clubman of the Year for the second year running for his dedication to ensuring the pitch was in top condition throughout the season.
Supporters who turned up to the ceremony were also rewarded – with a half-price bar which ran through the evening alongside the buffet.
Chairman Paul Bennett said: “Matt, Ashley and Lyndsey were worthy winners of the awards, but we also wanted to thank the supporters who have stuck with the club through a year of transition.
“It’s the fans who turn up every week who make this club what it is, and we’ll never take that for granted. They are an important part of what we do.”
