FAVERSHAM TOWN are seeking a management team to run their new Under 23s development team next season.

“Do you have what it takes to coach at Bostik level?”
The side will play in the stadium in the Bostik Development League, with the aim of preparing young players for first team football. Home matches are likely to be played on Tuesday evenings, with away games on other weekday evenings.
The management team will be expected to scout and attract talented youngsters with potential to play first team football, coach the squad and manage them on matchdays.
They will also be expected to work closely with first team managers Phil Miles and Dan Chapman, and the Under 18s management team, to ensure that the players are developed to their full potential.
Another key element will be seeking sponsorship to help fund the team.
Faversham Town is committed to a policy of developing youth players and giving those with the ability the opportunity to play first team semi-professional football in the Bostik League.
If you believe you have what it takes to manage and coach at Bostik level, please send a copy of your football CV to Director of Youth Brian Flynn at or by clicking here.
Interviews will be conducted from the first week of April, with the successful candidate then working with the club to arrange trials soon afterwards.
