Justin Luchford's Lilywhites racked up six goals for the second consecutive home match against a third placed Erith & Belvedere side who effectively kissed goodbye to any realistic hopes of catching a Town side they trail by 14 points.
The home side were quick to open the scoring with John-Paul Collier giving Town the lead after 5 minutes, a cross field pass finding Collier in space in side the area, the former Deres player firing the ball home past Deres keeper Alex Hyde.
Hyde was called into action minutes later to palm away Lee Shearer's free kick before Town doubled their advantage on 24 minutes, a squared ball from the right was allowed to reach the far post where it was calmly tucked away by Damian Abel.
Two minutes later and Dale Skelton extended the lead even further, Hyde managed to deny possession to Buster Smissen on the edge of the area but Hyde's clearance fell to Skelton who, from just inside the Deres half, accurately launched the ball into an empty net.
With Town now threatening to score with every attack against a shell shocked Deres side, goal number 4 came on 35 minutes, Collier's free kick into the area was controlled and dispatched by Smissen as he demonstrated why he is the leading goal scorer in the Kent Premier League, notching up goal number 13 of the season so far.
The visitors clawed a goal back on 40 minutes through a well placed strike from David Conway who fired low past Rob French to give his side a glimmer of hope as the sides went into the break with Town holding a three goal advantage.
Faversham's advantage was soon extended to include players on the pitch when the visitors were reduced to 10 men after 52 minutes, Deres' defender Roland Duo picked up a second yellow card following a touchline tussle with Smissen.
Abel came close to his second goal on 59 minutes, whipping in a powerful free kick against Hyde's left hand upright.
Referee Welsh ensured that Duo had some company in the showers, issuing a straight red card to first half goalscorer Conway, Conway's miss-timed challenge saw him get neither man or ball but was deemed to have shown intent with his tackle on Abel.
A triple substitution on 64 minutes saw Michael Dodsworth, Skelton and Collier replaced by Dane Luchford, Dave Botterill and Dave Soutan respectively.
Rob French was called into action on 70 minutes doing well to deny a long range effort from Deres' sub Kedze, French at full stretch to push the shot wide.
Town added goal number five on 78 minutes with Soutan rising high at the far post to head home Shearer's cross following a deflected free kick.
Shearer went from goal maker to goal scorer on 87 minutes, Abel was brought down inside the area and the Town No.6 stepped up to fire in the resulting spot kick for his 13th goal of the season.
The visitors two man deficit was worsened when Adrian Deane was forced to leave the pitch on 80 minutes nursing an ankle injury with all three substitutions made and the visitors were further reduced with skipper Tom Bink slimping off with 4 minutes remaining leaving only 6 outfield players for the South Londoners at the final whistle.
Town are next in action when they travel to face a Sporting Bengal who held the Lilywhites to a goal less draw when the two sides met at Salters Lane at the end of November.
Kick-off at the Mile End Stadium is at 3 pm
