As we rapidly approach the "business" end of the season it's a case of as you were with all top five sides in the Premier League notching up wins yesterday.
Current leaders Thamesmead defeated Deal Town at Bayliss Avenue with goals from Pedro Knight, Curtis Williams and Rikki Cable whilst second placed VCD Athletic hit four away from home without reply at Lordswood, Danny Penney, Jack Parkinson, Richard Sinden and Stephen Hogg bagging the goals for the visitors at North Dane Way.
Paul Fisk's Hythe Town maintained third place with a 2 - 1 away win at Holmesdale with first half goals from a Lee Winfield penalty and a Dave Cook strike with the Dalers consolation goal coming in the 68th minute from Joel Hughes.
A crowd of 69 saw Beckemham maintain their current good run with a 2 - 0 victory over Sevenoaks at Eden Park Avenue with Becks' goals coming via strikes from Gerrad Jemott and Tommy Youle.
Fifth placed Erith Town came out on top with a home win against struggling Croydon, Kevin George bagged a brace with Marcus Cassius and Alwyn Jones adding the other two - Croydon's goals coming courtesy of Billy Warner and Neil John.
A Badur Mohammed penalty was all that seperated the teams at Harrow Meadow as Greenwich Borough beat Herne Bay at home whilst in the remaining league fixture Slade Geen inflicted yet another defeat on bottom club Sporting Bengal with goals from Rhett Bernstien, Lee Barnett and Dave Nicholls.
Faversham Town travel to face title hopefuls VCD hoping to build upo yesterday's away win at Erith & Belvedere.
If you cant't wait until then Town's Reserves are in action this coming Tuesday evening making the short journey up the A2 to face Sittingbourne.
